Copies of our e-books can be purchased through Amazon's Kindle Book Store and Barnes & Noble's Nook Store. Purchases of these are handled on the respective websites and payment is collected there.
Refund Policy For Print Books. Unless otherwise provided by law or by a particular Service offer, all purchases of print books are final and non-refundable. If you believe that NYTE has charged you in error, or if there is a problem with the item purchased, you must contact us within 30 days of such charge. No refunds will be given for any charges more than 30 days old. If item is received damaged we will replace it-- contact us for return instructions. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future. This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply.
